Service

HappyHorse provides AI-powered video generation tools. We may update, improve, or modify features at any time. Scheduled maintenance and occasional outages are expected as part of a hosted service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for activity that happens under your account, and for complying with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Content ownership

You own the prompts you submit and the videos you generate, subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. Paid plans include commercial use. We retain the right to review content for safety and policy compliance.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the chosen cadence (monthly or annual). You can cancel at any time from your account. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may close your account at any time.

Liability

HappyHorse is provided “as is” without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
