We want HappyHorse to earn its place in your workflow. If something goes wrong, here's what to expect.
Eligibility
Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase of a plan, provided fewer than 20% of the plan's monthly credits have been used. Refunds on renewals are handled case by case.
How to request
Email support@happyhorse.mov from the email address on your account with your order number. We respond within 2 business days.
Non-refundable
One-time credit top-ups and fees incurred from policy violations are non-refundable.
