Acceptable Use Policy

HappyHorse exists for creators. To keep it that way, the following categories are not allowed.

Not allowed

• Non-consensual sexual content or content depicting minors in sexual or suggestive contexts.
• Content that impersonates a real person in a way designed to deceive, defraud, or harass.
• Content promoting real-world violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or right-of-publicity claims of third parties.
• Generating political deepfakes or misinformation that imitates real public figures without clear satire labeling.

Enforcement

We use automated classifiers and human review. Violations can result in warnings, content removal, and account suspension or termination. Repeated or severe violations may be reported to authorities where required by law.
