HappyHorse (“we”, “us”) provides an AI video generation service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — email, name, and authentication provider identifiers.
• Billing — plan, invoices, and payment identifiers handled by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.
• Content — prompts, reference images, and generated videos you create on HappyHorse.
• Usage — technical logs, device and browser information, and diagnostic data for service health.

How we use information

• Deliver and improve the video generator, including abuse and safety review.
• Operate billing, customer support, and account communication.
• Train safety classifiers. We do not train generative models on your private prompts or outputs without opt-in.

Sharing

We share limited data with subprocessors that host infrastructure, process payments, and provide customer support. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your account data at any time by emailing support@happyhorse.mov. Depending on your region, you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA.

Retention

We retain account and billing records for the duration of your account plus the period required for tax and legal compliance. Generated videos remain in your library until you delete them or close your account.
